What makes Wild West Chic products special?
Every piece in our collection is crafted with old-world craftsmanship and contemporary style in our Portland workshop. From hand-tooled cowboy boots to boho-western fusion dresses, we blend frontier authenticity with modern fashion sensibilities.
Do you offer plus sizes or extended sizing?
While our current collection focuses on standard sizing, we’re always expanding our frontier! Check individual product pages for specific size availability, and sign up for our newsletter to hear about new size offerings.
How do I care for my western wear?
Each product comes with specific care instructions. Generally, we recommend:
- Leather goods: Use quality conditioner and store away from direct heat
- Denim: Wash inside out in cold water to preserve color
- Western shirts: Hand wash or gentle cycle to maintain embroidery

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create Account” after entering your email. This lets you track orders, save favorites, and check out faster on future purchases.
I forgot my password – what do I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and we’ll send you instructions to reset it faster than a mustang can gallop!
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quicker than a gunslinger draws, so changes must be requested within 2 hours of ordering. Email [email protected] immediately with your order number and requested changes.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We offer two delivery options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx with real-time tracking
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 days via EMS
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide except to select Asian countries and remote territories (even we have our limits, partner). International customers may be responsible for customs fees – check your local regulations.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number faster than a gunslinger draws – check your email after shipment. Click the tracking link to follow your package’s journey across the frontier to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Not happy with your purchase? You’ve got 15 days after delivery to send it back to the ranch. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Initiate returns by emailing [email protected] with your order number.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return at our Portland workshop, refunds process within 5 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank – typically 3-10 additional business days.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently we process returns and new orders separately for the fastest service. Simply return the original item and place a new order for the size or style you prefer.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal. Your payment information is processed securely – we never store your full card details.
Is my payment information secure?
Safer than a bank vault in Tombstone! We use industry-standard SSL encryption and partner with trusted payment processors to keep your information secure.
Why was my payment declined?
