Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • In resalable condition (free of stains, odors, or damage)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Hats (to protect against potential hair product transfer)
  • Jewelry (due to intimate wear nature)
  • Footwear that shows signs of wear (including Booties, Casual Shoes, and Cowgirl Boots)

Final sale items will be clearly marked as non-returnable at time of purchase.

How To Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Any additional information needed

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, package your items securely and include:

  • The original packing slip or order confirmation
  • A note with your order number and return reason

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches our warehouse.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card/PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding select Asian countries and remote territories):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD – currency conversion is handled by your bank
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
