Shipping Information

Processing Time: We saddle up fast! Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

International Shipping: We ship worldwide (excluding select Asian countries and remote territories). International orders may be subject to customs fees.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be as happy with your purchase as a cowboy with a new pair of boots! Here’s how our returns work:

Our Return Policy

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items must be in resalable condition (free of stains, odors, or damage)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Hats (to protect against potential hair product transfer)
  • Jewelry (due to intimate wear nature)
  • Footwear that shows signs of wear (including Booties, Casual Shoes, and Cowgirl Boots)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

How To Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you with return authorization and instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, package your items securely with the original packing slip and ship to:

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches our warehouse.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card/PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding select Asian countries and remote territories):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD – currency conversion is handled by your bank
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
